The product uses a continuous wave magnetron to realize a microwave generator with a microwave power of 6kW (microwave frequency 2450 ± 15 MHz). High-frequency power supply includes anode high-voltage power supply, filament power supply, magnetic field power supply and control system, etc.; microwave head includes magnetron, excitation cavity, etc.; microwave system includes circulator, etc.

 

 

 

According to the requirements of magnetron protection, the system control has comprehensive protection functions such as ignition protection, magnetron over-temperature protection, water flow protection, anode over-voltage and over-current protection, filament over-current and under-current protection, and magnetic field over-current protection.The front panel of the high-frequency power
supply is equipped with a touch screen, which has a visual operation interface and data display and storage. The system can realize arbitrary adjustment of microwave power within the range of 10% to 100%. 2 Main features of the product

 2.1 Control method

The diversity of microwave generator control modes can meet the needs of different users. The microwave generator has two control modes, which are local touch screen and remote RS485 communication, both of which can control the microwave generator. 2.2 Data Storage The system has the function of real-time parameter storage. When the high-frequency power supply or the magnetron load is in an abnormal state, the historical data storage records can be viewed, and the cause of the failure can be analyzed to better troubleshoot the cause of the failure.

 

2.3 Fire resistance The stability of the high-frequency power supply determines the stability of the working state of the magnetron, so the requirements for the high-frequency power supply are high. The mature series-parallel resonance method is adopted here. It is a constant current source under a fixed input voltage and can work in a short circuit, so it has a strong ability to resist short-circuit ignition.

 

2.4 Quick Protection The fast protection against faults of the high-frequency power supply minimizes the possibility of damage. The protection measures adopted by this microwave generator are full hardware high-speed protection. Each fault protection of the equipment can cut off the power output within 50μs, and the ignition protection can cut off the power output within 5μs.

 

2.5 Modularity When equipment fails, product repair time is related to the recovery of production line productivity. The internal control functions and power supply of the high-frequency power supply are highly modular, and the replacement is very convenient.

2.6 High Efficiency The high efficiency of the microwave generator can reduce the system loss, prolong its service life on the basis of energy saving, and greatly improve the reliability. Under the full power output of the microwave generator, the microwave conversion efficiency is as high as 65.9%. 2.7 Spectral width High-end applications in scientific research have higher requirements on the output spectrum width of magnetrons.
