1.Wind-supported microwave tunnel machine

The V-shaped wind-supported machine is used to transport products, which reduces friction on the product surface while solidifying the product surface. The microwave power is adjustable, and the inlet is equipped with a material sensor. When there is no product in the cavity, the microwave is automatically turned off, effectively preventing microwave reflection when there is no product in the cavity and extending the service life of the microwave generator.

2.Laser diameter gauge

Specially designed for silicon carbide rods, our laser diameter gauge combines high-precision laser scanning and fast data processing technology to achieve non-contact, non-destructive and real-time diameter measurement with an accuracy of up to micron level. Its excellent response speed and data acquisition capabilities ensure that dimensional information can be captured quickly and accurately on the high-speed production line of silicon carbide rods, providing solid support for quality control.

3.Laser meter

A precision laser meter is installed at the front end of the cutting machine. The device uses cutting-edge laser measurement technology to achieve non-contact, high-speed, and high-precision length measurement. It can capture the length data of the cutting material in real time and provide instant feedback to the control system to ensure that the cutting operation is both accurate and efficient.

4.Rotary saw cutting machine

 

The product is transported in the form of a V-shaped wind support, and the product is followed in real time according to the speed detected by the laser meter to ensure the cutting accuracy. The wire device uses two sets of servo motors to reel in the cutting wire, and is equipped with a lifting device to reduce the deformation of the product section.

5.Automatic material transfer

After the products cut by the wire cutter are delivered, the laser coder codes the products and binds the production information with the barcode. The split wind tray can be opened and closed on both sides to place the products in the tray, and multiple products can be placed on each tray. The conveyor line runs intermittently and only travels one interval inside the tray at a time. The servo motor + synchronous belt is used to ensure the accuracy of the running position.
